ORDER PROCESSING:
DELIVERY
Please allow 1 - 3 working days to process your order. Please note custom orders will take longer than the above timeframe. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
You can now collect your order from us. Use the collection option at checkout and we will let you know when is best to collect. The collection addres is as follows:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 3 working days using your chosen carrier. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders both inside and outside the UK.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Woollaston White is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@woollastonwhite.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
