Bring a playful baking theme to your festive display with this handmade, hand-painted wooden nutcracker. A cupcake-inspired hat combines a red wrapper, white frosting and miniature gingerbread characters with individually painted icing details.

The gingerbread-brown uniform is decorated with white icing swirls, scallops and piped borders. A present, red-and-white apron panel and gingerbread accessory continue the theme, while soft white hair and a flowing beard give him a traditional nutcracker appearance.

Red trousers, fluffy white trim, black boots and a red display base complete the design. Place him on a mantelpiece, kitchen dresser, console or sideboard as part of a festive arrangement.

Moving mouth: The mouth opens and closes, adding a traditional detail to each decorative nutcracker.
